I AM HERE

Sweetheart,

With all the battles that you have to fight, know this, that you are not alone.
Even when the world turns against you, know this, that you are not alone.
Despite whatever taunts are thrown at your doorstep, know this, that you are not alone

You have someone in this life..

Someone who truly cares for you and adores you the way you are.
Someone who is willing to fight with you for all the battles ahead.
Someone who shall be there for the uphill task ahead called life.
Someone who is ready to relocate with you, to build a home together,
Someone who wants to be with you, to live a life as family.
Someone who is ready to be with you.

I am here, standing right besides you

Heart breaks

Each and any person, who has ever been in love, would have gone through this aspect of the life….Heart-Breaks…

For one day you are high, filled to the brim with love, with a sense of conquering the world with your blithe attitude and the next day it’s the very same world that crashes down when love exits. What hits you following that, can’t be fathomed by a naïve person.

The loss of your first love, be at age you are of, is always heart wrenching. Loss of your subsequent loves...second or third time following by that…well that is bit more adjustable, as you do get to know yourself better now. Your first break-up had now prepared you, you are able to handle it with bit more poise; and yes you now even are able to address these raw emotions post break ups much better; compared to the first time.

Still, having said that, the sense of despair and desolation with each one of those losses, it does render you vulnerable. Truly speaking the tornado of emotions which it brings forth is too overwhelming. To chain this whirlwind under your command and gain control back of your life in your own hands is a humongous task. To gather the broken pieces of yourself which has scattered all over is not an easy job. The daunting task that lies ahead is to get over the pain. There are various solutions which can be put forth; talk to your closest friends or parents, cry your heart out and wash it all off, try not to bring the bad memories but remember the beautiful moments and hold no grudges, engage yourself in new endeavors, and so forth.

But the main issue that I want to talk about is to give yourself time to grieve.  The process of grief is nothing less than cleansing your mind, body and soul. When something as profound as love is lost, which did hold a very significant space in your life….you cannot think to shrug it off as a passé; it does not work that way. If you think that the very next day of your life is going to be back on track with the same vigor or you plan to meet new people with the intention of getting into relationship… Man you are going to be doomed. You will not only hit another road block, but may even loose a potentially good partner. Why? The answer lies in your emotional baggage which you forgot to leave behind in your past. The path of grieving does take care of that. The clutter of the past relationship has to be dealt with first. Once you have cleaned your slate only then you can think of moving on in your life. I say this again, to remind myself and others who find themselves in this very same situation, give yourself time. Be gentle to yourself, do not blame anyone or anything for this footing that you are in. Do not rush. You shall persevere eventually.

Finally- for those who were blessed in having their love turned out to be their soul mates, remember you are truly blessed.

Life Goes On

It was a bad day at office.
Your exam score neither matched people’s expectation nor yours.
You are going through a bad break-up
Your parents are not able to fathom the needs of their teenage son/daughter

There are at times when you feel that the world does not understand you.
Stage in life, where people around you no longer support in your endeavors.
Moments, even though fleeting, where you doubt your own judgment.

With each change in the season, there comes a new hope, a sense of anticipation, that things will change and that too for good. After night comes day. Nothing in this epoch tends to remain stagnate. Even after death, our body does not fail to change; it undergoes putrefaction. A dead piece of log, standing tall boulder, even the door-nail  all of them change. They decay; they whither and they rust with time. Nothing stays the same forever. Once this fact is accepted and well imbibed, the biggest battle has been won.

The only object that remains in the pertinent state of its own languish is a diamond, which in itself is nothing but a shinning object… an allure. But this attraction to the glass like object is all what it has. It is not able to change with the time, not able to fulfill the desire of your body or soul. All it carries with it is its coldness that can fizzle out the warmth and razor sharp edges which can cut through the soul. So tell me, is that what we need in life?

So when you are going through a rough patch, don’t get baffled. Life doesn’t hold any grudges against you. It ain’t going to say – hey you, I shall keep you in this state of persistent doom nor does it derive any pleasure in seeing you through this messy situation.

I have also found myself in those situations; times where I feel suffocated and not able to make my way through the troubled occasions. The next question that you would ask- how do I deal with it? Well the trick to deal here is not going to be same at every facet. Different perspectives are summoned upon to tread through this; however one thing that is to be underlined is your attitude. That’s what I am trying to emphasis, your approach to the life’s various trials and tribulation is not based to the level of its difficulty it throws at you, but to know that this moment is a passé. The next juncture is going to be different.

So hold on.
Just hold on.
It’s going to be A Ok.
Life goes on

They say its a Valentine's day Today :)

V day is here.... dusk has fallen with few more hrs to go before another day ends...So what did it hold for u? For me, well, just like another day, was a same old Tuesday. I and my books met again at out preordained desk in the library, stealing glances as lovelorn teenagers is no longer the thing for us now. We 've past that long back, been now meeting in front of world without a shroud. Its not that the we needed countenance, as mature adults our relation no longer is construed by prying eyes.

Yes, as the pages of the book turn, my heart still skips a beat once in awhile, wondering if I might 've not over looked a line or two. The aroma that escapes the binds of the binder still reminds me the first time I laid my eyes over it. The bond that we share wrapped in million words but has one emotion, that of love.

Well before anyone gets carried away and guess that a Lunatic is writing this monologue, you can boot out such notion off the window, cause, am not :)

A small way to tell - Learn to love and respect yourself. Pamper and enjoy each day as it comes by. Try not to seek solace in the company of someone else who is yet not there in your life . Why emaciate yourself for the one who is not there, why exsanguinate the life out of yourself when there is life still pumping through your heart with each beat, telling that you are alive and worth more than that. So this Valentine's day, I say, if you are single, the world doesn't end here.

You have yourself, your health, your family, your friends and much more than to brood over the someone who is not even there in your life.. Think over it.....

Stay positive and be jolly happy...

Who says there needs to be reason for being madly in love with yourself :D

Try to reach to you

Saw you standing there on the dock
Amongst the glimmer of the port light
Something about your face
Something about your dreamy eyes
Just want to come close to you
Try to reach and touch your hand

Even though the saltiness fill the air
Your fragrance still fires my senses
Something about your face
Something about your mesmerizing smile
Just want to come close to you
Try to reach and touch your soul

With each wave that crashes on the shore
Your silky voice reaches out and stirs my desires
Something about your face
Something about your beautiful lips
Just want to come close to you
Try to reach and touch your heart

SHORT STORIES

Short stories –

This is gonna be the next tile of my upcoming post. It comprises of stories varied in emotions and contents. Though would try to make it short and sweet, at times I might get carried away, knowing my “over the top” temperament, I guess if these short stories go beyond the label of being short, it won’t be a surprise to many. J

Have started to write few spinets that are taken from my life and others from the long forgotten cellars of my hypothalamus, where my emotions have been pent up for a pretty long duration. Giving a way to the writer in me, I now am traversing the uncharted paths. I don’t know if I am doing justice or not, but what I am sure of is that this is what I wanted to do for a long time and at last have found the courage to do so.

To my friends who would be reading this, your comments would be highly appreciated. It will give the strength to carry forth, morale that would be definitely boasted up and plus who does not like compliments if the right cords are struck. J

So without further holdup, will sign off

The next post is “Life As It Is”, well it going to be in two parts, so long for being posted under the section of Short Stories. LOL

Till then

Signing out.
